On a whole food plant-based diet you can eat almost every unprocessed whole plant food available on the planet for example; root vegetables, green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, nuts, seeds, whole grains, herbs, spices, legumes, nut and seed milks & yoghurts, fermented whole plant foods, and sprouted seeds, grains, and legumes etc.
