Copyright and Other Legal Stuff – Arthritis Cure
I just want to clarify a few things here regarding copyright and so on, and I will add more information as the need arises.
All my own posts are available for use copyright free, no restrictions, no attribution required (of course, if you are feeling generous, a mention or a link back would be most welcome and very much appreciated).
This includes everything on my blog except third party content such as images from Flickr etc., which will be marked as such.
My Anti-Rheumatoid Arthritis Diet
My diet and any other material derived from my own research, experimentation and experience is made available free of charge and copyright free (as above). This includes any further developments, information, news, tips or any other useful item I publish that may be of help to anyone suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, or anyone caring for or supporting a sufferer.
Everything I have published (and will publish) on this blog is true to the best of my knowledge and recollection. My story is true and my diet works for me as long as I am able to follow it fairly closely. However due to pressure from work and other problems in my life I am not always able to manage this, and when I move too far from the core of the diet I pay for it! Sometimes I even need localised medical treatment to get back on track after a particularly stressful time.
In my IT and web design business I often have to meet deadlines, work very long hours and deal with very complex and stressful problems and situations. If there is a prolonged period of high stress I tend to stray from my diet and make use of coffee, chocolate, and other snacks in order to stay focused (and awake) on the job or project at hand. It’s not always practical during an 18 hour period on-site (during a client’s IT installation for example) to pause and steam some nice vegetables! :-)
This is why I am still researching, experimenting, learning and trying to find a permanent cure for my RA. My diet provides a preventative cure and a certain amount of immunity to small lapses but it needs to be developed much further to include many more food items and hopefully some other preventative additions in the form of herbs and/or other supplements.
